Technical Inspection

Purpose of the inspection

Technical inspection is a comprehensive survey of buildings and structures aimed at determining their actual technical condition, identifying defects, damage and degree of wear of load-bearing and enclosing structures.

Inspection is carried out after fires, flooding, long-term operation, before reconstruction or major repairs, as well as in case of visible cracks, deformations or other signs of reduced reliability.

Elements we survey

• Foundations and foundations soils
• Load-bearing walls, columns, beams, floors
• Roofing and enclosing structures
• Engineering systems (as part of the building survey)

Based on the results, we prepare a technical report with conclusions on the category of technical condition, recommendations for further operation or repair, and, if necessary, calculations of residual bearing capacity.
